Seville Orange or Grapefruit Marinade : Date Added: 15 Jun 2012

Made with Vita-Pakt's #940 Seville Orange Juice Concentrate or #450 Grapefruit Juice Concentrate

½ garlic bulb

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon ground oregano

1 teaspoon ground cumin

¼ teaspoon ground pepper

1 large onion

¼ cup of Vita-Pakt Product #940 Seville orange juice concentrate or 1/6 cup of Vita-Pakt Product #450 Grapefruit juice concentrate and dilute with ¾ cup of water

Crush the garlic along with the dry spices until the mix becomes almost a paste.

Add the onion chopped or sliced into thin rings and the Seville orange or grapefruit juice.
