1 tblsp. Of Vita-Pakt Product #213 NFC Lemon Juice
1 tblsp. of Citric Acid
1 tblsp. of Vita-Pakt Product #786 Dried Lemon Peel Powder
2 or 3 tblsp. of chopped Dill.
¼ cup of brown sugar (4 tblsp.)
¼ cup of white sugar (4 tblsp.)
1/8 cup of salt (2 tblsp.)
In a small bowl mix all ingredients for immediate use or refrigerate shortly after.
Use as a rub on salmon prior to grilling.
