Made with Vita-Pakt's #604 Kiwi Puree with Seeds and #634 Pineapple Puree
3 cups of #604 Kiwi Puree with Seeds
1 cup of #634 Pineapple Puree Lo-Pulp
1 packet pectin
4 cups sugar
Combine kiwifruit and pineapple puree with the pectin in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Return to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim foam if necessary.
Ladle hot kiwifruit jam into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Adjust two-piece caps. Process 10 minutes in boiling water canner.
Yield: about 4 half-pints
