Made with Vita-Pakt's #303 Lime Juice and #6-0863 Lime Peel Fine Cut

3/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup Vita-Pakt Product #303 Lime Juice

1/4 teaspoon Vita-Pakt Product #6-0863 Lime Peel Fine Cut

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Mint -- finely chopped

1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine everything.
2. Place an ice cube in it and beat until mixture thickens to the consistency of medium cream sauce.
