Ingredients

Made with Vita-Pakt's #910 Tangerine Puree 23 Brix and #637 Pineapple Puree High Fiber

½ tsp. ground ginger

1 tbsp. of garlic powder

6 oz. of Tangerine Puree 23 Brix, Vita-Pakt’s Product #910

½ cup chopped green Jalapeno peppers

6 ozs of Pineapple Puree High Fiber Vita-Pakt’s Product #637

1 tbsp. of Vita-Pakt Product #213 Lemon Juice

1 tbsp. of Cornstarch

2 tbsp. of butter

½ cup of Mayonnaise


Cooking Instructions

1. Mix together well in a bowl.

2. Marinate meat in the refrigerator over night.
