3.5 #’s semi-sweet chocolate chips

2.5 #’s Vita-Pakt Products Infused Orange (#750 or #752) or Lemon Peel (#755 or #758)



Cooking Instructions

1. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler over hot water (not boiling). Sprinkle in peel and stir to coat.

2. Turn out on waxed paper. Separate with fork. Allow to cool.

Recipe should yield 6 pound.
