Zesty Whole Lemon Dressing: Date Added: 29 Feb 2012

Made with Vita-Pakt's #43 Whole Ground Lemon

1 envelope of Italian Dressing Mix

1/2 cup of Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)

3 ozs. Of Vita-Pakt Product #43 (whole ground Lemon)

3 tblsp. Of water

¼ cup of vinegar (white wine)

1. Mix together ingredients and then place in the refrigerator overnight to capture the seasonings.

2. Bruising or grinding with a little heat will help release the flavors.

Serve with salads
