Lemon Chipotle Fish Dressing: Date Added: 16 Feb 2012

Made with Vita-Pakt's #15ss Lemon Peel and #244 Lemon Concentrate

1/2 cup of Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Chipolte Paste

3 tsp. of Vita-Pakt Product #15ss Lemon Peel (short shred)

2 clove of garlic

1 tblsp. Of oregano

2 tblsp. Of olive oil (extra virgin)

2 tsp. Of Vita-Pakt Product # 244 Lemon Concentrate (400gpl.)

1. Mix together the Chipoltle paste, the garlic, the lemon concentrate, and the oregano in a blender pulsating the blade to mix the ingredients and make chunky not pureed.

2. Then fold the lemon peel and the mixture with the mayonnaise and place in the refrigerator overnight to capture the seasonings.

3. Then serve with your favorite seafood dish.
